BST Racing is thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for the 2026 racing season. Beginning next year, BST Racing will offer full accommodations and support at both Route 66 Sprint Series and Select Stars karting events. Founded by Brian and Brayden Zirves, BST Racing was built on a shared vision to help drivers progress through the ranks of regional-level kart racing. Backed by decades of hands-on experience, BST Racing is dedicated to providing the tools, knowledge, and mentorship drivers need to advance to the next level of competition. What BST Racing Stands For BST stands for Blood, Sweat, and Tears — a philosophy that defines the Zirves family’s lifelong commitment to the sport. “We’ve always given everything to our racing careers, and we’ll do the same for our team members,” said co-founder Brian Zirves. “We expect our drivers and their families to bring that same dedication and passion to our program.” Our Goals and Approach BST Racing’s mission is to offer a fun, professional, and growth-focused atmosphere for all team partners. Drivers will receive hands-on instruction aimed at improving race craft, consistency, and technical understanding through video analysis, data review, and setup guidance. Each driver will have access to a personal tool bag for making kart adjustments, as well as shared team tools for more precise adjustments. While families are encouraged to take an active role in maintaining their driver’s kart, BST Racing understands the demands of balancing work and racing. For those who prefer additional support, mechanics of choice are welcome to join the team. Team Hospitality and Community BST Racing values the sense of community that comes from racing together. Hospitality will include complimentary water and snacks at every event, with select race weekends featuring team dinners at no additional cost.
This is a s“Our goal is to provide a supportive, competitive environment where everyone — from young drivers to parents — feels part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it,” said co-founder Brayden Zirves. “We want to make high-level karting more accessible, without losing the family-focused spirit that makes this sport special.”
